What data is collected by 360X Web Push?
How is the user data handled in 360X Web Push SDK?
360X Web Push was built to be compliant with GDPR, CCPA and all your data privacy needs.
The 360X Web Push SDK begins collecting data once it is initialized on the website. By default, the data collected does not include any Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
When a user logs in or submits a form on the website, it is possible to pass identifiers such as Customer ID or email address to link the engagement data with a known profile. However, 360X Web Push does not store any of this information. Instead, it securely passes the data directly into Salesforce Marketing Cloud for further processing and activation.
