What data is collected by 360X Web Push?

How is the user data handled in 360X Web Push SDK?

360X Web Push was built to be compliant with GDPR, CCPA and all your data privacy needs.

The 360X Web Push SDK begins collecting data once it is initialized on the website. By default, the data collected does not include any Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

When a user logs in or submits a form on the website, it is possible to pass identifiers such as Customer ID or email address to link the engagement data with a known profile. However, 360X Web Push does not store any of this information. Instead, it securely passes the data directly into Salesforce Marketing Cloud for further processing and activation.

What platforms supports Web Push notification?

All major browsers support Web Push. Android, Huawei and iOS devices may also receive Web Push notifications in addition to notifications from apps as long as they can connect to the push gateway servers. Below is a list of platforms and browsers that offer support for web push notifications.
